1. Can I upload my site via FTP?

sure :) You can download ftp client from here.

2. Can I publish my site via FrontPage?

If you selected on signup process 'Yes' for Frontpage 2002 extensions - yes.
Frontpage extensions can be installed/uninstalled by request for free.

3.Can I manage my site online?

Absolutely! You can login to your website control panel at www.yoursite.com/admin/ and select 'Files'.

4.  Can I add more ftp accounts?

Yes. Num of ftp accounts is same as num of allowed POP3 accounts for your hosting plan.
Also you will be available to setup disk quota for each ftp/mail user. Just go to your website control panel.
